Liz Millikin is a resident of Middleburg, Virginia. She has spent over twenty-five years working with horses. Her first pony was Kismet. Liz and Kismet entered their first show in Rhode Island, where they finished as the Grand Champion in the pony division. This was the beginning of Liz's love of equestrian sports. She joined the Rockingham Pony Club where she received a foundation in stable management and horsemanship. As a young teenager Liz got her first taste of combined training. She competed up to the training level working with many different horses.
After graduating from high school, Liz attended the Dynamy Internship Program, a one year program designed to help pre-college students decide what path their life would take. Liz spent her time learning about Banking, Marketing, and Studio Photography. She completed the year learning that she had no interest in Banking, Marketing, and Studio Photography. Her continuing interest in horses compelled her to pursue a career in Thoroughbred racing. Liz packed her bags and moved to Kentucky where she accepted a position at a breeding farm outside Lexington.
